Sanitary vibratory sifter

Sanitary vibro sieving machine is used to process food products. It should meet the following three requirements: food contact grade raw materials, easy to clean, and not to pollute food and the environment.

1. Food contact grade

Food contact grade refers to materials specially designed and manufactured for direct contact with food that must meet standard requirements. These materials are intended to come into direct contact with food during processing, storage or consumption. Because food processing equipment comes into contact with food during processing, equipment materials must meet specific regulatory standards and be tested to ensure that they do not transfer harmful substances into food, remain sanitary, and do not affect food safety or quality.

As a sanitary screener manufacturer, our equipment that come into contact with materials are made of three materials: 304/316L stainless steel, plastic parts, and solid glue for fixing the screen. They are all food contact grade silica gel and have test certificates issued by third parties.

2. easy to clean

Food-grade stainless steel vibro sieving machine inside parts need to be cleaned regularly to prevent the materials remaining inside the equipment from deteriorating and breeding bacteria. Our equipment adopts a quick access mechanism, and users can access and clean the inside of the equipment within 5 minutes. At the same time, the screen spacer frame are polished surface treatment and has no dead corners, which greatly improves the adsorption of materials inside the equipment and reduces cleaning work for users.

3. No pollute

The screen mesh of the round sifter is the stainless steel wire net, which is made of stainless steel wire. We use grinding and sealing processes during the manufacturing process of the screen to ensure that both ends of the stainless steel wire are completely wrapped with glue to prevent the broken wire from entering the user’s product and causing life-threatening consequences due to human consumption.
Users also need to check the screen regularly and replace damaged screens in a timely manner.
