Why do you need flour sieving machine?
The answer is that we need finer flour. The thickness of flour indicates how well the wheat has been ground during processing. Generally speaking, the finer the flour, the whiter its color and the more expensive it is. It’s hard to imagine that flour from 200 years ago would be hard to swallow today.
The grinding equipment cannot accurately control the particle size of flour within a smaller range. So vibrating sieves are used to sift flour to obtain flour in a specific particle size range before it can be sold.
What are the flour separating machines?
There are three types of vibrating screens for sifting flour. Their common feature is that they are all round shape, because there are no dead corners in a round shape, making it easier for factories to clean the inside of the equipment.
1. Three-dimensional rotary vibrating screen, flour sieving machine, this is WINSUN’s product. It is characterized by balance. Among the three products, the price is lowest, the capacity is medium, the structure is the simplest, and the maintenance cost is the lowest. Learn how it works.
2. Air flow sieving machine. It is usually equipped with an airflow device to clean the screen and increase output. Its characteristic is that it can handle ultra-fine powders from 30 mesh to 100 mesh without the need for additional screen cleaning devices. Yes, WINSUN’s vibrating screen needs to be equipped with an additional ultrasonic screen cleaning device when processing 100-mesh powder.
3. Circular swing screening machine. It is the most expensive and has the highest yield. You can usually see it in high-value starch factories.
