flour sifter capacity test

We test the vibro sifter capacity. Feeding 24kg flour into the R1200-2S 48 inch viro sieving machine and get the sieving time, finally we calculate the sifter capacity is 3 tons per hour. That means one sets of R1200-2S can process 3 tons flour in one hour time, and customer will get the flour which particle size 0.5mm ~ 1mm. We are leading sanitary screener manufacturer in China.

1. Flour

2. Flour pacrticle size.

The finest flour is 140 mesh, ordinary flour is 80 mesh, and refined flour is 120 mesh.

3. Why use powder sieving machine to process flour?

Stainless steel flour screener is a necessary equipment in food processing machinery. It has two functions in food processing technology:

1. Grading. The flour is sieved according to particle size, allowing users to obtain flour of different particle sizes, such as 10 mesh, 30 mesh edible flour, and 80 mesh ultra-fine starch.
2. Scalping. After the bag opening, the packaging bag and its threads will be filtered out from the flour, so that the pure flour enters the food processing machinery.
