Why we make capacity test?

When the output of the equipment cannot meet expectations, this will be a fatal bottleneck for the factory production line. The following are sieving test conditions:

1. Equipment model G2036-4 gyratory screener.
2. The screen mesh are 6mm, 2mm, 0.85mm, 0.25mm. There are four deck screen on the machine.
3. The sample is 1620kg kaolin.
4. Sample particle size is 0~10mm.
5. Final products: 0~60 mesh powder, Particles larger than 60 mesh.

All samples passed through the screen in 8 minutes and 30 seconds.The test results show that the output is 11.44 tons/hour and the screening accuracy is 99.9%. The screening accuracy means that after the second screening of materials smaller than 0.25mm, 99.9% of the products can pass the 0.25mm mesh inspection sieve.In the case of long-term continuous feeding, the processing capacity of the gyratory screening machine can reach 20 tons/hour.
