One problem this leads to is that customers want the factory to design the equipment to a height of 1 meter, but the factory has ready-made equipment with a height of 0.9 meters. If you choose 0.9-meter-high equipment, the factory’s production cycle is 7 days. If you redesign it according to your requirements, the factory’s production cycle is 30 days. They are 23 days apart.
- Review before placing an order. The factory salesperson should first have the ability to understand you, which includes language skills. One phenomenon is that sales say OK to all your questions, but in fact sales do not understand you. . . So, please ask the salesperson to do a review before placing an order to make sure everything you communicate is clear. A serious consequence of this is that when the goods are completed, you suddenly find that it is different from what you requested (maybe the paint color is wrong, a certain specification is wrong, etc.), and then the factory spends a week to modify these mistake.
- Choose the right shipping option. Be sure to notify the freight forwarder to order the shipment at least 7 days before the goods are completed.
