How to mount the ultrasonic system on vibro sifter

First, make sure your vibrating sifter has an ultrasonic interface. This article explains the installation of an external ultrasonic device on the round vibration sifter.The installation steps are divided into three parts: transducer installation, cable installation, and debugging.   1. Take out Generator, converter.
  2. Open the converter bracket.
  3. Spin and install converter.
  4. Connect converter and line.
  5. Connect power converter and generator.
  6. Open the generator.

Installation points

The transducer must be secured to the vibro sifter with sufficient torque. Because the transducer will move with the vibration, long-term vibration can easily cause the transducer to loosen, so the transducer must be tightened during the installation process and regularly check whether the transducer is tightened.
